Mr. Tamir has dedicated his entire career to practicing labor and employment law. He has litigated hundreds of employment-related cases, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour (i.e. overtime, meal & rest breaks, misclassification). The results speak for themselves, he has repeatedly won numerous cases and dispositive motions.

Prior to founding Bluestone Law, Mr. Tamir practiced at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck and Setareh Law Group (an employment defense and plaintiffs firm). As such, he understands both sides and knows the lay of the land in employment litigation.

Mr. Tamir attended Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate, graduating in the top 10% of his class, cum laude and on the dean’s list. During his time at Loyola Law, Rotem was a Note & Comment Editor of the Loyola Entertainment Law Review and President of the Jewish Law Student Association.
